In the history of humanity, there has been war, not only from the outside, but from within as well. This war has been fought against an immeasurable force. In some turn of events, creatures of these factions began to turn on the others. Bacteriophages: from a deadly faction containing some of the worst pathogens emerge a virus that targets bacteria. With a few modifications, these viruses can become sentient. With physical ones, it is possible to arm them with assault weapons and cybernetic enhancements.

In this game, take on the role of a bacteriophage that must exterminate bacteria in a last-ditch effort to save a body.
